What a boss....

It was a fun and hot read. This was the first book of Betty Shreffler I read and I had a great time reading it. I loved Emma’s character, she’s a person on the rebound and hearing the words her ex used resounding in her head she hesitantly goes to the nightclub with her girlfriend. From the moment she met Grayson Cole she knew she wanted him, first as a one night stand but maybe later even in her heart. After a disastrous first encounter she thinks she’d never see him again, but a month later he turns up and appears to be her new Hot Boss.

Grayson Cole is a difficult person to get to know and he is famous for net letting his emotions show. Grayson thought Emma was just a fun girl for one night but he never expected her to be more. His desire to have her gets him to do things he’s never done before. Badly bruised in his youth and then by his first love he finds it hard to trust and to believe in love even when it’s thrown at him.
